The mixing device of the vacuum planetary mixer is equipped with low-speed mixing components, high-speed dispersing components, and movable scraper blades：

• The low-speed mixing component adopts planetary gear transmission, and the mixing blade also rotates on its own during revolution, causing the material to move up, down, and around.
• The high-speed dispersing component revolves together with the planetary carrier and rotates at high speed, causing strong shear and dispersion mixing of the material. The dispersing component is divided into single dispersing axis and double dispersing axis, and customers can choose according to their needs.
• The activity scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body and continuously scrapes against the barrel wall, ensuring that there is no residual material on the barrel wall and improving the mixing effect.

The vacuum planetary mixer is especially suitable for processes such as dissolution, mixing, mixing, homogenization, emulsification and reaction of materials with high viscosity and density from powder. Different agitators (such as gate type, multi blade type, claw type and Fried Dough Twists type) can be selected according to different production processes and material characteristics.

Its main features are:

• The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel, which can produce sanitary and pharmaceutical grade materials.
• The soft seal between the mechanical seal and the unique kettle body can be used for pressurization and vacuum stirring, with good exhaust and defoaming effects, and can also be used as a degassing kettle.
• There are two methods for heating and cooling the stirred tank body: electric heating, steam heating, and oil-water circulation heating. Customers can choose according to their needs. The heating temperature is displayed through the temperature controller on the control panel.
• The mixing slurry and high-speed disperser in the kettle rotate while revolving, causing various materials to undergo strong shear and dispersion mixing.
• The stirring slurry inside the kettle and the rotation of the high-speed disperser are both controlled by frequency conversion, and different speeds can be selected according to different processes and viscosities.
• The lid and stirring blade of the vacuum planetary mixer can be lifted and lowered by hydraulic pressure for easy cleaning, and the kettle body can move freely.
• Equipped with multiple mixing kettles, one machine can operate multiple buckets, and matched with a pressing machine makes discharging more convenient.
