A vacuum hot water boiler creates a closed vacuum environment inside by pre vacuuming, and then fills the body with hot coal water. The heat medium water generates negative pressure steam through heating, and the heat generated by the condensation of negative pressure steam heats the cold water inside the heat exchange tube, continuously providing hot water to the user. During the operation of the boiler, the boiler water is only enclosed in the vacuum chamber, without entering, exiting, increasing, or decreasing, and heat is transferred between the heat transfer tubes and the heat exchanger. Therefore, boilers have the characteristics of easy installation, maintenance, environmental protection and energy saving, and are widely popular in the market.
Like other ordinary boilers, the lower part of a vacuum hot water boiler is composed of a combustion chamber and heat transfer tubes. The only difference is that the upper part of a vacuum hot water boiler is a vacuum steam chamber, in which a U-shaped or straight tube heat exchanger is inserted. It operates under negative pressure and is absolutely safe. At the same time, it can also be used for multiple purposes, providing customers with hot water of different temperatures and purposes at the same time, meeting their various needs and reducing their investment in boiler costs.

Working principle
1. Boiler body: The combustion heating part of the vacuum phase change boiler body is made of high-quality Q235 plate and 20 # steel pipe material. The advantage is a large combustion chamber and a low heat load on the boiler furnace. The heating surface is large, the volume is small, the structure is compact, and the water capacity is small, resulting in a fast heating rate. In addition, the negative pressure evaporation chamber integrated in the upper part has stable performance and reliable operation. Due to the large space of the negative pressure evaporation chamber, the inserted heat exchanger can be manufactured according to the user's needs. Generally, horizontal boilers use straight tube heat exchangers, with detachable end heads and connecting pipes for easy maintenance and cleaning of the heat exchanger water pipes.
2. Manufacturing and construction of heat exchanger: The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel material, inserted into the negative pressure evaporation chamber in a bundle manner, and connected at both ends with flanges. Its advantages: easy disassembly, simple replacement, not easily corroded, easy maintenance and cleaning, durable.
3. Automation control: Advanced controllers are selected for the control part to automatically detect the temperature of the boiler water and the outlet water; Automatically detect faults inside the burner and furnace body; The combustion time can be controlled through program settings; Being able to automatically adjust the entire combustion process according to changes in load, reducing the number of starts and stops caused by changes in load, ensuring the normal operation of the boiler, and reducing the loss of blowing heat during start-up and shutdown.
