The upgraded mixer is a new model developed by our company through extensive absorption and digestion of advanced foreign technologies, combined with national conditions. Reasonable structure, stable performance, easy operation, no dead corners or exposed screws in the whole machine. The rotating body (mixing hopper) forms a 30 degree angle with the rotating axis, and the material in the mixing hopper flips along the rotating body while making tangential motion along the bucket wall, producing strong flipping and high-speed tangential motion, thus achieving a good mixing effect. The discharge butterfly valve adopts PLC fully automatic control and is equipped with infrared safety devices and anti misoperation devices to ensure production safety. Materials can pass through different process stages in the same container without the need for frequent material transfer, addition, and other procedures. Effectively controlling dust and cross contamination, reducing material loss, controlling material stratification, optimizing production processes, fully complying with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
principle
The lifting hopper mixer consists of a machine base, a rotating body, a drive system, a lifting and lowering system, a braking system, and a control system. When working, push the mixing hopper into the rotating body, enter the pre-set parameter group program code into the automatic operation program, press the "confirm" button on the touch screen, and the mixing hopper will be automatically lifted into place and clamped. After receiving the clamping signal, the PLC control system drives the system to work and mixes according to the set time and speed; After reaching the set parameters, the rotating body can automatically stop vertically, and the braking system will work, ending the mixing process; Then enter the manual operation program, press the "down" button, and the mixing hopper inside the rotating body will descend into place, automatically stop, and print the process data. Push out the mixing hopper and move on to the next process.
