The working principle and scope of application of elemental air flotation capacity are basically the same as other air flotation methods. But there are significant structural reforms, which have the following advantages:
1. Equipment integration: Generally, air flotation systems consist of separate air flotation tanks, dosing equipment, dissolved air tanks, dissolved air pumps, air compressors, and sewage pumps, which result in long installation time, inconvenient management, and large footprint. One element air flotation effectively combines these separate devices together. Generally, sewage with pH value adjustment can be put into use immediately as long as the inlet and outlet pipes are connected.
2. Automated operation: Once YF air flotation is debugged, it can reach an automated unmanned management state during normal operation.
Working principleThe working method of this equipment belongs to the pressurized dissolved air flotation method. Its working principle is to dissolve a large amount of air in water under certain conditions, forming dissolved air water as the working medium. By releasing sudden pressure reduction and rapid release, a large number of fine bubbles are generated, which adhere to the "alum flowers" in the wastewater after coagulation reaction, causing the flocs to float up. The specialized slag scraping device scrapes off the floating slag and oil, achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

The pressurized dissolved air flotation process mainly consists of three parts, namely the pressurized dissolved air system, the dissolved air release system, and the air flotation separation system.

Application scope
1. Heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater.
2. The chromaticity removal rate of printing and dyeing wastewater is about 90%.
3. The COD removal rate of food slaughter and leather wastewater is about 70%, and the suspended solids removal rate is about 90%.
4. The oil content in refinery wastewater can be reduced to below 10 milligrams per liter. Wastewater can reach a degree of clarification.
5. For chemical wastewater, pigments, paints, etc., the COD removal rate is about 74%, and the chromaticity removal rate is about 93%.
6. The fiber recovery rate of papermaking white water can reach about 95%, the COD removal rate is about 86.7%, and the clean water is completely reused.
7. The turbidity of the large pool bath water can be stabilized below 10 degrees, and the bacteria in the water have significantly decreased.
8. The turbidity of domestic drinking water and industrial water can be purified to below 5 degrees, and it has a good effect on reducing chromaticity and oxygen consumption.
