This one-way pneumatic diaphragm pump consists of two main parts: the working chamber and the pneumatic chamber, separated by a diaphragm plate in the middle. Compressed air enters the pneumatic chamber through the inlet. Due to the increase in pressure, the diaphragm plate moves to the left, the main spring is compressed, the one-way valve opens, and the medium in the working chamber is pressed out. The pneumatic valve core moves to the left to close the inlet, and the air is discharged through the outlet through the valve disc, pneumatic sleeve, and pressure chamber. The pneumatic chamber is depressurized, and the diaphragm plate resets and pushes to the right. The inlet opens and enters the next action cycle. Continuous reciprocating motion guides the suction and discharge of the medium, completing the transportation of the medium.

This one-way pneumatic diaphragm pump is widely used in water-based ink printing machines, gravure printing machines, and ink lifting circulation systems for flexible printing surfaces in the packaging and printing industry. It can also be used to transport other liquids of various viscosities, such as water, oil, slurry, corrosive or liquids with small solid particles.

Powered by compressed air, it does not generate sparks, static electricity, or electromagnetic interference during operation and can be directly used in flammable and explosive places.

The structure of the unidirectional pneumatic diaphragm pump is reasonable and easy to operate. The flow rate of the medium can be adjusted by changing the gas source pressure or the intake volume of the needle valve according to its viscosity and usage requirements.

The HL2002 pump is equipped with a ink return handle. After operation, press both handles at the same time, and the remaining medium in the pump and pipeline will automatically return to the container, saving raw materials and facilitating cleaning (the handle needs to be pulled out first when working again).

For users with corrosive working media, diaphragm plates can be provided to meet their requirements.

This pump is installed vertically upwards as indicated by the arrow on the pump body. Directly fit the lower fitting hole of the pump body onto a circular shaft with a diameter of 12 (the circular shaft can be connected to the machine board or ink tank through an angle plate), and tighten it with bolts.

The unidirectional pneumatic diaphragm pump is equipped with an air filtration and pressure regulating device in front of the air inlet to prevent water and oil residue from entering the pneumatic chamber of the pump, causing blockage of the air passage and preventing the pump from working properly. (The main reason why the pump cannot work)

The working pressure of a one-way pneumatic diaphragm pump should be controlled within 0.2-0.5MPa, exceeding this range may cause the pump to stop working.

The diaphragm in the one-way pneumatic diaphragm pump is a vulnerable part. It is recommended to replace it after using it for more than six months to prevent the medium from entering the pneumatic chamber and blocking the airway after the diaphragm is damaged, which may cause the pump to stop working. When replacing the film, pay attention to the pump spring popping out and injuring people. Attention: Incorrect installation method may cause the pump to malfunction.

In general, after the work is completed, the remaining medium in the pump should be promptly discharged, and the working chamber of the pump should be cleaned with water or corresponding decomposition solvents (which can be done while the pump is working) to prevent the steel balls of the two one-way valves in the pump from sticking to other components, which may prevent the pump from pumping normally.
