Marposs' ML75P special edition maintains control over the vibration amplitude and frequency of ultrasonic tools through its laser technology.
The ML75P special edition is capable of collecting thousands of samples of vibrating tool tips in just a few hundred milliseconds, and working in conjunction with the new ML4USM software to detect the amplitude and frequency of tool vibration in detail, and finally transmit the results back to the machine tool CNC. The dedicated measurement cycle running on CNC will automatically complete this task, supporting USM technology to be used in a more optimal way.
