The ZY-1800 fully automatic deodorizer adopts a six oscillator integrated atomization component and is equipped with a waterless protection device. The diameter of the mist particles generated is only less than 10 μ m, and the particles are uniform and can be suspended in the air for a long time.
1. Equipment installation (as shown in Figure 1)
Open the package of ZY-1800 full-automatic deodorizer spray machine, take out the equipment, remove the wall mounting plate behind the equipment, select the equipment installation position, fix the equipment mounting plate horizontally at the installation position, hang the upper end of the spray machine on the upper end of the mounting plate, and fix the lower end on the mounting plate with two screws, so far, the fixed installation is complete. Next, connect the power cord to the power socket, open the water supply port ③, add about 5 kilograms of water solution to the water tank, then turn on the power switch, set the timing controller (see 2 for the setting method), and press the start button to start timing the machine.
2. Controller settings (as shown in Figure 2)
The setting and limiting range of the controller of ZY-1800 full-automatic deodorizer spray: the working time and interval time are 99 minutes and 59 seconds, and the timing is decreased in seconds. After the power is turned on, the controller displays two rows of four digit red fluorescent numbers, and a red indicator light ⑴ flashes, indicating an interval state with an output of 0. The number ⑶ in the upper row decreases bit by bit, and when it reaches 0, the green output indicator light ⑵ lights up, indicating the working state. Similarly, when the number ⑶ in the upper row decreases to 0, the green output indicator light goes out, entering the interval state again with an output of 0, completing one conversion cycle.
When needed, the interval time and working time can be adjusted as follows: press the adjustment key (6) once, the first digit in the upper row (3) flashes, press the adjustment key (7), and set the ten digit interval time in minutes; Afterwards, press the adjustment key (6) once, and the second digit of the upper row number (3) will flash. Press the adjustment key (7) to set the number of minutes for the interval time, and then set the value of seconds for the interval time; Press the adjustment key (6) again, and the first digit of the number (4) in the bottom row will flash. Press the adjustment key (7) to set the working time to ten digits in minutes; Afterwards, press the adjustment key (6) once, and the second digit of the number (4) in the bottom row will flash. Press the adjustment key (7) to set the number of working time minutes;
Based on this, set the working time second value; After the setting is completed, wait for the last flashing button to stop. Then, press the start button (8) as shown in Figure 2 once, and the red indicator light (1) will flash, entering the interval state and starting the cyclic operation of the set value. After completing this task and shutting down, the controller will automatically memorize the set values, and will automatically enter the memorized setting cycle working state after the next power on.
