1This machine tool is a dual-purpose grinding machine with sliding blocks and linear guides. The configured vertical and horizontal grinding head can not only self grind the worktable suction cup and ensure that the height of the batch slider raceway is within the micrometer level difference range, but also clamp and grind the bottom surface of the guide rail installation, the guide rail side reference surface, and the guide rail raceway surface at once.
2The machine tool structure adopts a dynamic column structure, combined with a precision roller guide slide table, which avoids the error problem of the cantilever system of the grinding head of the conventional horizontal axis moment table grinder, and also avoids the limit of the worktable stroke when the X-axis and Y-axis of the conventional precision grinder move into the cutting direction as a whole.
3The overall bed, columns, and slide table of the machine tool are made of high-strength cast iron, which has undergone secondary aging treatment and CNC precision machining. The installation surface of the worktable's linear guide rail has been precision ground and scraped, ensuring stable accuracy.
4Equipped with Siemens high-end CNC system as standard, a fully closed-loop control system consisting of two positioning axes using German Heidelberg grating rulers, heavy-duty high rigidity agile response precision ball screw pairs and high rigidity roller guide pairs for each axis slide table, achieving micrometer level machining accuracy and micrometer level compensation for grinding wheel dressing.
5The worktable is supported by a roller guide pair with dense sliders and driven by a ball screw with nut cooling function, which greatly homogenizes the movement accuracy error of the worktable and achieves high-speed and efficient machining of the worktable, as well as precise positioning of the diamond roller dressing grinding wheel.
6The machine tool is equipped with a fast tool setting function, which greatly improves the efficiency of tool setting and grinding.
7The machine tool adopts a high head cooling system, and the cooling water undergoes sedimentation, multi-stage filtration, and constant temperature refrigeration to maintain the stability of the workpiece size during the grinding process. In addition, the one-time forming feature of this machine tool ensures that high-precision products can be produced in batches and stably under normal conditions as long as the ambient temperature does not change dramatically to the extent of abnormal bed changes.
