2、 Main structure
The constant speed and pressure pump consists of a pump body, transmission mechanism, reduction mechanism (imported), AC servo motor (imported), AC servo system (imported), photoelectric encoder, pressure transmitter (imported), controller, LCD display, etc. The twin cylinder pump is equipped with an automatic reversing system. Refer to the exterior drawing for details
3、 Control function
1. Working mode
a. This controller can control two pumps to operate continuously without interruption, or can choose to control the operation of a single pump.
b. Operation mode
The constant speed and constant pressure pump has two operating modes: constant current and constant pressure, which can be freely selected.
c. Flow setting
In constant current mode, press the set key and then the number key to set the output flow rate arbitrarily. After pressing the confirm key, press the run key, and the pump will output the medium at the set flow rate.
d. Constant pressure setting
In constant pressure mode, press the set key and then the number key to set a constant pressure. Press the confirm key and then press the run key to output the pump at the set pressure and constant pressure.
2. Filling and draining functions
Press the fill and drain button on the control panel to select the fill and drain functions. The pump can quickly fill or drain at a flow rate of 25mL/min.
3. System settings
Press the system button to set the plunger diameter and pressure limit protection value.
After setting, press the OK button, and then press the return button to return. Store after returning.
4. Stop, pause, and continue functions
Press the stop button when the pump is about to stop running.
When the pump needs to pause, press the pause button. To resume operation, press the continue button.
4、 Technical features
1. Adopting a large screen LCD display with backlight, it can clearly display the operating status, pressure, flow rate and other parameters of the pump.
2. All parameters can be quickly and conveniently inputted through a touch switch keyboard.
3. Adopting Japanese imported AC motors, servo systems, and control pumps for operation, it has the characteristics of high operating accuracy, large torque, small size, and light weight. The servo service system also has functions such as undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, leakage protection, overload protection, etc.
4. The deceleration adopts imported reducers, which have the advantages of smooth transmission, accurate transmission ratio, and low noise.
5. Pumps have the characteristics of large displacement and high output pressure. The displacement can reach 25mL/min under a pressure of 70MPa.
6. The dual pumps use solenoid valves to automatically control pneumatic valves to achieve dual pump direction change, with automatic tracking of operating pressure, i.e. pre pressurization function, making the dual pump direction change smooth and pulse free.
7. It has dual operating modes of constant voltage and constant current, suitable for various displacement scenarios.
8. The maximum protection pressure of the pump can be set arbitrarily to ensure safe operation.
9. The pump has limit position protection, which can automatically stop or stop the pump after reaching the limit position.
10. Adopting high-precision ball screws, the transmission accuracy is high and the transmission is smooth.
11. The pump body is finely processed, and the plunger is ground to achieve high dimensional accuracy and smoothness, ensuring accurate displacement and no leakage under high pressure.
12. Using standard RS232 interface, the operation of the pump is controlled by a computer.
