The unit consists of four major components: a crushing host, a cyclone separator, an electrical control cabinet, and a water supply mechanism. The pipeline cyclone separator is integrated with the main engine, and the electrical appliances used are collected in the electrical control cabinet. The water supply mechanism can control the overall cooling, and the material works at room temperature. The host consists of a frame, a feeding mechanism, a motor, a feeding mechanism, a pair of flat (or conical) fixed grinding discs, and a moving grinding disc. In the crushing room, the purpose of crushing is achieved through shearing and grinding, ensuring the quality of the crushed material at room temperature. Then, the finished powder is sent into the cyclone separator through the pipeline by the wind force of the fan and into the storage bag.
