Effective printing width: The water-cooled shutter UV lampshade has an effective printing width of 1020mm.
UV curing speed: Theoretically, the UV drying speed can reach 10000-13000 sheets per hour of vehicle speed.
UV curing unit: Select the number and power of UV lamps according to the customer's printing machine requirements. For UV lamps such as Toshiba from the UK or Japan, this machine is equipped with 5 UV lamps/16KW
UV light source types: mercury lamp, iron lamp, ozone free lamp, etc. are optional.
UV system type: LED cold light source, water-cooled low-temperature ... etc. are optional.
UV transformer type: magnetic saturation full copper transformer or IGBT electronic power supply, optional to order.
Suitable printing materials: Copperplate paper, white card, gold and silver card, aluminum foil paper, film PET, PE, PP, PVC... After drying, the accumulated temperature of the printed products should not exceed 45 ℃ without wrinkles or deformation.

UV control system
Industrial specific programming software is simple and easy to use, with a user-friendly human-machine dialogue interface and a fully Chinese display for easy operation. All fault alarm records and troubleshooting instructions can be archived and accessed at any time.
The UV lamp intensity output ranges from 10% to 100%, and the stepless dimming system is connected to the printing machine for online control. It automatically cooperates with the printing equipment to separate and close the pressure, and the lampshade automatically switches between strong and weak light when pressed. Each UV lamp is individually controlled without interfering with each other, ensuring safety and stability. The communication protocol adopts 232 or 485 serial communication, and its dimming technology is currently at the advanced level.
UV curing unit
The drawer style water-cooled shutter UV lampshade has high energy concentration and power, suitable for curing deep products. The focused UV lampshade has a small volume, quick replacement of the lamp tube, and low subsequent maintenance costs. The split type combination is interchangeable for each group, and the UV lamp tube installation and replacement are fast, easy to install, maintain, and care for.
The overall structure is simple, and the fully enclosed circulating water system effectively reduces water leakage faults. It uses German coated mirror reflective aluminum, which is efficient, low-temperature, and highly reflective. It is cooled by water and assisted by negative pressure air cooling.
