Overview: |
The UHZQ series anti vaporization magnetic float level gauge is mainly used to measure the liquid level or boundary position of easily vaporized media (such as boiler water) or liquid ammonia and liquefied gas media containing dirt in pressurized containers. The liquid level gauge adopts a unique structural form inside the measuring tube, effectively overcoming the influence of bubbles and sediment generated by vaporization in the medium on the up and down movement of the float. If a liquid level alarm switch and a remote transmitter are installed on the instrument, remote control, automatic detection, and recording can be achieved.
Main technical parameters: |
◆ Operating pressure: ≤ 6.4MPa
Operating temperature:- 60~450℃
Measurement range: 300~6000mm (extra long liquid level gauges can also be made according to user needs, and extra long ones can be made in sections due to inconvenient transportation.)
◆ Medium density: 0.45~2.0g/cm3
◆ Medium density difference: ≥ 0.15g/cm3 (measurement boundary)
Accuracy: ± 10mm
◆ Anti frost board material: organic glass, height determined by temperature
◆ Connection flange standard: HG/T20592-2009 DN20, DN150 (for top mounted)
Designated by the user (various standard flanges such as GB, HGJ, ANSI, SH, DIN, JIS, etc. can be made according to user requirements)
