The UGL series ultra long quartz glass tube level gauge is designed specifically for situations where the center distance exceeds 2500mm. The liquid level score of this system is divided into two types: those with blind spots and those without blind spots. It can achieve monochrome, vapor red liquid green dual color, and green, red, and blue tri color display. It has the advantages of clarity, simple structure, high temperature resistance, long service life, easy installation, operation, and maintenance, and adjustable visual direction. This series of products is widely used to measure the liquid level or boundary position of various media in containers in industrial fields such as petroleum and chemical engineering.

Structural principle:

The UGL series ultra long quartz glass tube level gauge is a connector that connects multiple quartz glass tube level gauges in a staggered manner to a flange on a container. It uses the optical principle of natural light transmission, refraction, and reflection in the liquid to display the liquid level or boundary position. This series of instruments can also achieve seamless display throughout the entire process.

Scope of application:

The UGLD ultra long monochrome quartz glass tube level gauge is suitable for measuring the liquid level of opaque liquids or darker colored liquids with a center distance exceeding 2500mm.

The UGLS ultra long dual color quartz glass tube level gauge is suitable for measuring the liquid level of colorless transparent liquids or lighter colored liquids with a center distance exceeding 2500mm.

The UGLJ ultra long three color quartz glass tube boundary gauge is suitable for measuring the boundary position of two colorless transparent liquids or two different colored liquids with a center distance exceeding 2500mm.
