2、 This series of high-temperature blast drying ovens is made of 304 stainless steel plate (the thickness of the plate is determined by temperature) inside, and can be wrapped with either 304 or A3 steel. If the material contains corrosive substances, considering the contact area between the inner liner and the material, please use 316L plate for production. It is equipped with single door, double door, front and rear switches (to be selected by the user), and the door sealing strip adopts double sealing to keep the heat source from leaking. The sealing strip is a high-temperature resistant asbestos strip. There is a well insulated insulation layer (thickness determined by temperature) between the studio and the outer shell of the box. The air blowing device can force the heated air inside the studio to circulate (air duct 150-200mm). The hot air returns from both sides of the box to the return air outlet in the middle, and then from the top back to both sides, maintaining a circulating pattern to achieve uniform temperature inside the box. The heating tube is made of stainless steel and is installed on both sides of the box. The uniform temperature performance inside the box has been improved. The control system consists of intelligent digital display instruments, relays, contactors, over temperature alarms, and timers. After the shutdown time is turned on, the oven control will work according to the set program until it stops. Can automatically maintain the required temperature and set constant temperature time during operation. The top fan adopts a high-temperature resistant bracket fan and is equipped with an automatic air cooling device. There is an automatic dehumidification device at the back of the top, which can be set once and automatically dehumidified when needed. There is an air inlet device at the bottom.
