1. Adopting an intelligent digital program temperature controller for temperature control, PID parameter self-tuning, solid-state relay power adjustment, contactless continuous adjustment, automatic completion of the entire drying process, capable of meeting the requirements of any curing curve, easy operation, and reliable performance; Selecting domestic and foreign electrical control components to achieve optimal reliability of the electric control part of the curing furnace;
2. Equipped with an independent over temperature alarm system, it can automatically cut off the heating power supply and issue sound and light alarms when the temperature is abnormal;
3. Choose a reasonable hot air circulation method (bottom heating horizontal air supply, side heating vertical air supply, etc.) according to the different placement of the baked products, to make the temperature in the studio more uniform and achieve better drying and curing effects of the coils;
4. The bottom of the oven is equipped with tracks, and the trolley is manually pulled in and out on the tracks, making it easy to enter and exit;
