    1. Overview

    The DT (S) S (X) three-phase active and reactive power combination energy meter is designed using advanced energy metering chips combined with mature multi rate technology. It applies digital sampling processing technology and SMT technology, and is designed and manufactured according to the actual electricity consumption of residents. It is an internationally advanced energy meter.

    This meter is capable of measuring active, reactive, and various combinations of electrical energy, programming and reading with handheld terminals or PCs, and displaying on LCD screens; Equipped with electric energy testing pulse output.

    This instrument complies with the standards GB/T 17215.321-2008 "Special Requirements for AC Measuring Equipment Part 21: Static Active Energy Meters (Level 1 and Level 2)" and GB/T 17215.323-2008 "Special Requirements for AC Measuring Equipment Part 23 Static Reactive Energy Meters (Level 2 and Level 3)", and the communication protocol complies with "DL/T645-1997 Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol" and "DL/T645-2007 Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol".

    3. Function Description

    3.1 Energy metering function

    Energy metering function: It has the functions of measuring forward active power, reverse active power, total active power, A-phase active power, B-phase active power, C-phase active power, forward reactive power, reverse reactive power, total reactive power, 1-quadrant reactive power, 2-quadrant reactive power, 3-quadrant reactive power, 4-quadrant reactive power, inductive reactive power, and capacitive reactive power

    After power failure, all stored data will not be lost and can be maintained for more than 10 years.

    3.2 Maximum demand function

    Maximum demand: The maximum average power measured during the demand cycle within a specified time interval.

    Maximum demand cycle: a continuous and equal time interval for measuring the average power. The maximum demand cycle of this meter is 15 minutes.

    Slip time: recursively measure the time interval between the maximum demand and the demand cycle. The slip time of this meter is 1 minute.

    Measure the maximum demand data for active and reactive power.

    3.3 Voltage loss recording function

    When a phase loses pressure, the corresponding phase indicator (Ua, Ub, or Uc) will flash until the voltage loss ends. In the three-phase three wire meter, since phase B is the reference ground, only phases Ua and Uc (representing Uab and Ubc in the actual line, respectively) are judged. When the voltage drops, the corresponding indicator (Ua or Uc) flashes until the end of the voltage drop.

    3.4 Data display function

    3.41 Wheel Display Function

    The electric energy meter can achieve parameter rotation display, and the rotation display content and rotation display time can be set. The maximum number of rotation display items is 32, and the rotation display time can be set to 2-60 seconds. The rotation display order can also be set arbitrarily.

    3.5.2 Button Display Function

    The button display function refers to the ability of an energy meter to display data items by pressing a button to display encoded content according to pre-set key settings. The maximum number of key display items is 32. When the key display button is pressed, the energy meter will display a certain data parameter. After the data is displayed for 30 seconds, it will return to displaying the wheel display item data. Unless the button is pressed again, the energy meter will display the next item of data. If there is no button operation again, the meter will automatically exit the key display state and enter the wheel display state after 30 seconds.

    3.6 Programming, demand reset, and broadcast timing functions

    1) Programming recording function. The electricity meter can record the total number of programming times.

    2) Command demand reset or energy reset: When the energy meter is in the programming enabled state, the "demand reset" command is sent through the infrared port (programming switch needs to be pressed) or 485 interface of the handheld computer, and the energy meter completes the maximum demand reset.

    3.7 Data reset function

    When the energy meter is in the programming enabled state, sending the energy reset command will reset all parameters such as current energy, demand, voltage loss, programming records, etc., but the energy management parameters will remain unchanged.

    3.8 Programming Functions

    1) Programming allows. The authorized person opens the lead seal of the energy meter button, presses the programming button, and the LCD flashes to display the programming symbolThe energy meter is currently in programming mode, and can be programmed and timed using a PC or handheld computer.

    2) Programming is prohibited. When the programming button is pressed again,The symbol disappears and the meter enters a programming disabled state. Even if you forget to press the programming button, the energy meter will automatically enter a programming disabled state after 20 minutes and will no longer respond to programming operations on the energy meter.

    3.10 Other functions

    1) It can measure power parameters such as frequency, phase separated and combined voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, etc.

    2) It can record the current operation status of the electricity meter, including: electricity meter operation status word, voltage loss status word, baud rate characteristic word, etc.

    3) It has infrared and 485 communication functions, with a fixed infrared communication baud rate of 1200 and a variable 485 communication baud rate of 1200-9600.

    4) The instrument mainly uses the 97 version communication protocol, and is compatible with the 07 version protocol for the convenience of users. Please refer to the data item identification code for details.
