It is suitable for various enzyme filling production, fruit and vegetable juice filling production, juice beverage filling production, tea beverage filling production, and dairy beverage filling production; Simultaneously replacing a small number of components can be used for pure water filling production lines and mineral water filling production lines. The enzyme filling production line has a capacity of 4000-24000 bottles/hour, which can be selected by users. The enzyme filling production line adopts advanced micro negative pressure gravity filling principle, which is fast, stable and accurate in filling. It is equipped with a complete material reflux system and can also achieve independent gas return during reflux without contact with the material, reducing secondary pollution and oxidation of the material.
The three in one enzyme filling production line can meet the requirements of hot filling technology below 95 ℃. The filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipelines have no sanitary dead corners, and are equipped with CIP self-cleaning interfaces. Before sealing, there is an RO water flushing device for the bottle mouth to ensure that there is no mold on the bottle mouth. Using a magnetic torque type cap head to achieve the functions of grabbing and twisting the cap. The tightening torque is infinitely adjustable and has the function of constant torque rotary sealing plastic cap. The fruit juice beverage machinery adopts advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, and frequency converter control. It has functions such as automatic control of the cap supply system, automatic detection of filling temperature, material high temperature alarm, low temperature shutdown and automatic reflux, no bottle cover, waiting for missing bottles, and stopping due to missing caps.
