Thermal deaerator is an upgraded product of traditional high-level thermal deaerator. It can not only be installed at a low position, but also used for high-level installation. It adopts unique anti cavitation technology to solve the problem of water pump cavitation that traditional deaerators can only solve at installation heights of 7-14 meters. At the same time, water inlet preheating, spray (rotating film), filler, reboiling multi-stage deoxygenation, and special adjustable atomization nozzle are used to ensure excellent atomization effect under low load conditions, fast heating and temperature rise, low steam consumption, and good deoxygenation effect. It is a good equipment for oil fired gas boiler water treatment system, and also suitable for the transformation of coal fired boiler room water treatment system.

1. Low level layout and investment savings: Advanced cavitation elimination technology is adopted to enable both high-level and low-level layout. Thus saving on civil engineering and installation costs.

Fully heated and efficient deoxygenation: Fully utilizing the characteristics of thermodynamics that the smaller the end difference in the heat transfer process between steam and water, the higher the energy efficiency. 3. Fully consider condensate water recovery: In order to adapt to the direct use of condensate water at various temperatures for boiler feedwater or heating supply water deoxygenation, and to save new steam consumed by the deaerator, a connection pipe is specially reserved. If used in conjunction with the closed condensate water recovery system developed by our company, the effect will be better and the system will be more stable.
4. Perfect self-control system: equipped with a reasonable and perfect self-control system, the equipment operates more reasonably and reliably, and can automatically adjust the operating status of the deaerator to ensure the deaeration effect.
