TDS10XX-Benchtop THz time-domain spectrometer

The TDS10XX spectrometer consists of a spectrometer chassis and a laptop with software T3DS.

Product features:

Femtosecond laser wavelengths are 1550nm, 1060nm, and 780nm.

The sample chamber for transmission and reflection can purify nitrogen.

Small samples can choose concentrated terahertz beams

Attachment interface (external fiber coupling device)

Optional x-y-z sample variation (for 3D terahertz scanning of reflection and transmission)
