Scheme description:
1.host
The host adopts a horizontal structure. The left end torque disk is connected to the sensor as the fixed end, and the right end is loaded with an AC servo motor that drives the force plate to rotate through worm gear transmission. By loading the sample, the torque is transmitted to the torque disk end for testing. The loading system can move and be fixed along the guide rail to adjust the testing space.

3.Detection of torque and torsion angle
Using high-precision torque sensors, torque can be measured in both forward and reverse directions; The output of the twist angle is derived through an AC servo motor to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the displayed angle. By using a computer data acquisition and processing system, the sensor signals are processed and displayed on a computer screen.
4.Measurement control system:
The experimental force measurement control system consists of a high-precision bidirectional symmetrical torque sensor, a regulated power supply, a measurement amplifier, A/D conversion, etc; The displacement measurement control system consists of a photoelectric encoder, a frequency doubling shaping circuit, a counting circuit, etc. Through various signal processing, computer control, data processing, display and other functions are achieved.
5.Testing process
The entire experimental process was conducted using a window based operating software based on the Windows platform and with a graphical interface. The experimental parameters were inputted using a keyboard, and virtual buttons were operated using a mouse to automatically complete the entire experimental process. The screen displays torque, angular displacement, torque angular displacement curve, and the working status of the testing machine.
The test results can be presented in various report formats for easy printing and analysis.
