The total nickel online automatic analyzer is an optical method heavy metal online analyzer designed in accordance with national environmental protection standards. It is used for simultaneous online analysis of multiple heavy metal elements in water quality such as surface water, industrial process water, and industrial wastewater. The measured heavy metal elements include Class I and Class II heavy metal prevention and control projects in the Ministry of Environmental Protection's "Twelfth Five Year Plan" for comprehensive prevention and control of heavy metal pollution.
Measurement principle:
The water sample is oxidized by the oxidant ammonium persulfate, and in an alkaline environment and in the presence of an indicator (dimethylglyoxime), it reacts with the indicator to form a colored complex. The analyzer detects the change in color and converts this change into a total nickel value output. The amount of colored complex generated is equivalent to the total nickel content.
