TIME3222 high-performance roughness meter adopts a dot matrix color LCD touch screen, which is more convenient to operate and display, with a resolution of 320 × 480, and can finely display the entire roughness curve. Adopting a split design of host and driver, with a vertical range of 400 μ m and an increased range, it is beneficial for measuring uneven surfaces. At full range gear, the system resolution is 8 nanometers. The starting position C of the contour section can be customized to meet the requirements of measuring roughness during grinding. The roughness curve measurement is more realistic, and the calculation of various parameters is more accurate. Digital modulation and demodulation improve the measurement accuracy and anti-interference performance of instruments. The position of the stylus can be displayed, and three calibration methods including average value, peak valley value, and peak spacing can be adjusted; All parameters can be set with upper and lower limit alarms; One measurement can calculate and display the ISOR family parameters as well as the contour P family parameters.
