Brief introduction

THG truss type scraper suction machine is used for horizontal sedimentation in sewage treatment plants and water plants to scrape the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the pump suction port, and then use the pump suction. The truss suction machine is mainly used for sludge discharge in horizontal sedimentation tanks in engineering. The suction method can be selected from three types according to user requirements: siphon suction, pump suction, and pump siphon suction. The siphon type uses a submersible pump with a water jet or vacuum pump to form a siphon, and uses the liquid level difference between the sedimentation tank and the sludge discharge tank to discharge the sludge. The pump suction directly uses a pump to extract the sedimentation sludge.Walking and suctioning sludge while walking, and then discharging the sludge outside the tank, can relieve the pain of cleaning the sludge at the bottom of the tank.

3、 Structure and Principle

The driving type mud suction machine is composed ofComposed of 1 working bridge, 2 driving walking device, 3 suction system, 4 skimming device (optional), 5 electric control cabinet, 6 siphon generator (siphon mode), etc. When used in inclined sedimentation tanks, it is also necessary to install bottom suction racks and suction hangers.

This equipment is supported by a four point walking beam spanning across a horizontal sedimentation tank, driven on both sides, with steel rails laid on both sides of the tank. It runs from one end of the tank to the other, sucking mud while walking, hitting the stroke control, turning back to walk, and sucking mud back, completing one work cycle.
