TH110The portable Leeb hardness tester, based on the Leeb hardness measurement principle, can conveniently and quickly measure various metal materials. While displaying the hardness measurement value immediately, it can freely switch between different hardness standards, pre-set tolerance limits, and automatically sound an alarm if it exceeds the range. Relying on stable low-power IC integrated circuits, fully Chinese display, simple and convenient menu based operation, and seven types of irregular impact devices. External USB drive, large capacity storage. 50 hours of standby time. Especially suitable for work sites and field operations.
nAccording to the principle of Leeb hardness measurement, various metal materials can be tested.
nLarge screen EL backlit display, fully Chinese menu style operating interface, convenient for reading and use.
nIt can store up to 270 sets of hardness measurement data, each set of data including average value, impact direction, frequency, material, hardness system, and other information.
nThe seven types of impact devices do not require calibration and have good compatibility with automatic recognition, and come with measurement indication calibration function.

Seven types of irregular impact devices
Type of impact device
The Leeb hardness is represented by the ratio of the impact velocity VA and rebound velocity VB at a distance of 1mm from the surface of the specimen when impacted by a certain quality of impact body under the action of spring force. Using electromagnetic principles, the permanent magnet inside the impact body generates an induced voltage in the coil of the impact device, which is proportional to the velocity of the impact body.
