Before the test drive, connect the outlet of the air pump to the upper air pipeline of the dust collector with a hose to supply air. The output power cord of the controller has been connected, corresponding to the position of the output connector on the side of the controller. Simply insert it. Input power 220V, output 24V. After adjusting the required working time, you can enter the working state. The principle for adjusting the injection cycle is to observe the pressure of the air bag. After each injection, the pressure rises to a high working pressure for 1-2 seconds before starting the next pulse injection. During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions for installation, adjustment, lubrication, and maintenance of the air pump, electronic controller, valve body, diaphragm, cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and air damper.
