1、 System Description
SP-192-ATE Switching Power Supply Aging Vehicle is a new type of multifunctional switching power supply aging equipment designed based on user requirements and optimized according to actual conditions. The aging vehicle's load body adopts CC mode programmable electronic load to ensure the stability, accuracy, and reliability of the load; For the convenience of users, a layered design is adopted; The industrial control host is used to control the electronic load through a serial port, and it has a sealed automatic temperature control function. The load body is all power tube consuming electronic loads, ensuring the stability and adjustability of the load.
This aging car is suitable for load aging testing of switch mode power supplies. This aging car is easy and fast to operate, with stable and reliable performance, making it an ideal choice for power transformer aging.
2、 Main features
a) The aging car is divided into 6 layers, each layer can hold 32 75W aging products, for a total of 192 aging products.
b) The input wiring of aging products adopts speaker wiring buckles; The output wiring adopts dedicated wiring clamps.
c) The aging car adopts a three-phase four wire AC 380V input system. Phase A supplies power to the aging products on layers 1 and 2; B phase supplies power to the aging products on layers 3 and 4; The C-phase supplies power to the aging products on the 5th and 6th layers.
d) Total power of system load: 14.4 KW.
e) Real time monitoring of relevant data on aging products (current value, voltage value, power value, product qualification, statistical analysis, aging time, etc.) through aging car software.
f) Input voltage, current, and power testing for each layer.
g) Electronic load measurement range AC: voltage 2-100V, current 0.050-5.00A, power 4CH75W.
h) The power of the product can be set (0~75W).

3、 Structure

b) The equipment is movable, equipped with 4 casters at the bottom, 2 universal wheels, and 2 fixed wheels.
c) The product is placed using epoxy board.
d) The aging car product placement area is completely isolated from the electronic load area, with a total of 6 layers, each layer can hold 32PCS75W products.
e) The electronic load adopts multiple heat dissipation forms, and each channel is equipped with a micro fan.
4、 Electrical Control
1. The aging car test power supply adopts 3 inputs, with the first input supplying aging products on the 1st and 2nd layers, the second input supplying aging products on the 3rd and 4th layers, and the third input supplying aging products on the 5th and 6th layers. Each power supply has air switch protection.
2. Aging time setting and control: total aging time, aging time for each layer, aging time for each product.

6、 Data collection, control, and software
1. Function settings: Product model, working mode (CC/CV) working voltage/current for each layer of the product, upper and lower limit alarm values, aging time settings, acquisition time, corresponding channel number of the device.
2. . Collection and display function: Input AC voltage, current, and power for each layer of testing power supply, display the voltage and current values of each product, alarm indication, electronic load fault indication (overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, overtemperature), and real-time display of aging time.
3. Statistics, analysis, and reporting functions: record the raw data of the aging process of each product on the same day, summarize the aging products on the same day, and provide quality (qualified/unqualified) statistical reports.
4. The system software can perform functional self checks on all channels, enabling rapid maintenance of the equipment.
5. Each computer can simultaneously collect data and information on aging products from 8 aging vehicles.
6. The software has powerful functions for setting, collecting, recording graphics, statistics, querying, and reporting.
