RAYTEC GEPARD ™ Laser collimator is a universal high-precision measurement and calibration system that can easily and quickly complete measurement tasks, display measurement values in real time, and perform calibration, fine-tuning, or online measurement of the measured workpiece. The measurement results are directly transmitted to the software and can be printed out.
It can easily measure straightness, parallelism, perpendicularity, positioning, calibration, concentricity, coaxiality, and radial runout of the spindle rotation center
The new 3D model has added the function of measuring the distance between positioning points, achieving fast, accurate, and convenient measurement of geometric shape errors.


RAYTEC GEPARD bt ™ A laser collimator consists of an emitter and a receiver.
GEPARDbt ™ launcherIt is a highly stable semiconductor laser that operates error free within the visible range, especially the fine-tuning and installation modules in the software ensure that the workpiece can be easily and quickly adjusted. It has a built-in two-dimensional high-sensitivity laser detector PSD (GEPARDbt) ™ Receiver).
When the laser signal touching PSD displays the precise geometric position of the workpiece, the mm value of the XY axis is obtained, and GEPARDbt is moved along the laser guide rail ™ The straightness (X value/straight line) and flatness (Y value/vertical) of the receiver and workpiece will be completed simultaneously in the measurement task.
GEPARDbt ™ The launching device is a high-precision laser emitter that uses high stability, fiber coupled semiconductor visible laser, and built-in precision calibration device to ensure fast and accurate laser beam emission.
GEPARDbt ™ receiverThe photoelectric sensing sensor in the system detects laser beams very accurately (with a resolution of 1ppm), and the digital signal processor can avoid various environmental interferences and perfectly process measurement data.
The data from sensors can be transmitted to the computer through Bluetooth wireless technology, ensuring the security and ease of use of the transmitted data. While providing standard wireless connection methods, fiber optic cable connections can also be selected.
Remote control can be achieved, and the handheld operating device can directly control the measurement process and software applications remotely.

·Straightness, parallelism, perpendicularity, and position calibration (workpiece positioning);
·The straightness error between the transmitter and receiver can be automatically corrected by software, and using the "Adaptive measuring method" mode can improve measurement accuracy;
·During the recording of measurement values, data is displayed on a computer screen in both graphical and numerical formats, with large-sized numbers and graphics facilitating remote reading;
·After the measurement work is completed, there are other functions available, such as freely selecting the plumb line method mode, representing the measurement values based on linear regression according to ISO1101, and conducting comprehensive statistical calculations;
·As a standard setting, the measurement series and setting parameters can be printed out as measurement reports and saved in the latest work process;
·The measurement data is archived in ASCII code format and can be processed using conventional forms or data software.
