SY-3Sulfate radical analyzer
1SY-3Sulfate radical analyzerConfiguration:
1. One dedicated electric centrifuge
2. Two specialized centrifuge tubes
3. 2 sleeves
2、 Reagent preparation:
Reagent specifications: ① Hydrochloric acid: analytical grade; ② Barium chloride: analytical grade; ③ Anhydrous sodium sulfate: analytical purity content greater than 99%
Reagent preparation: ① Standard solution: Accurately weigh 3.620 grams of anhydrous sodium sulfate, dissolve it in 500 milliliters of distilled water, transfer it into a 1000 milliliter volumetric flask, dilute to the mark, cover and shake well. This standard solution is equivalent to a sulfuric acid content of 2.5 grams per liter. ② 25% Barium Chloride Solution: Dissolve 293 grams of analytical grade barium chloride (BaCl · 2H2O) in 707 milliliters of distilled water. ③ 3:1 hydrochloric acid solution: Mix 3 volumes of hydrochloric acid and 1 volume of distilled water.
3、 Analysis method:
① Take the chrome plating solution (filter if the solution is not clean) and cool it to room temperature. Use a 20ml pipette to take the above chrome plating solution
Put 20 milliliters into a centrifuge tube, add 5 milliliters of 3:1 hydrochloric acid using a pipette, cover and shake well, add 5 milliliters of 25% barium chloride solution, cover and shake well.
② Take 20ml of sodium sulfate standard solution from another 20ml pipette and transfer it to another centrifuge tube. Add 5ml of analytical grade hydrochloric acid to the pipette, cover and shake well. Add 5ml of 25% barium chloride solution, cover and shake well.
③ Place two measuring tubes containing solutions on a balance and weigh them. If the weights are not equal, add the difference amount of distilled water to the tube with the lower weight to make it equal in weight.
④ Place the above two centrifuge tubes into an electric centrifuge and operate them in the following order:
Check for accuracy and cover the lid - check and adjust the speed regulator to zero position - turn on the power - set the instrument timer
To the 5-minute position - gradually increase the speed regulator to 1100 revolutions per minute.
After the centrifuge reaches the set working time and automatically stops rotating, turn the speed controller back to zero, turn off the power switch, take out the chrome plating solution centrifuge tube and the standard solution centrifuge tube, and read the scale values of these two centrifuge tubes respectively.
⑤ Sulfuric acid content calculation:
Sulfuric acid content (g/L)=scale value of chrome plating solution centrifuge tube × 2.5/scale value of standard solution centrifuge tube
4、 Attention:
① Users should strictly follow the instructions of the analysis method and conduct experiments according to the order of adding each substance as stated. After adding hydrochloric acid to the test solution, shake it thoroughly to avoid unnecessary errors.
② After the two centrifuge tubes are filled with the solution, it is recommended to weigh them with a balance and ensure that both ends are balanced.
③ During the measurement process, it is necessary to gradually increase the speed. After adjusting each gear, wait for 10 seconds before moving on to the next gear. Otherwise, the centrifuge tube may be broken due to the unstable force point.
④ The timer automatically resets to zero, please do not manually force it to reset.
⑤ This instrument is strictly prohibited from being inverted.
