WDJ series turbine crusherThe main structure of the main shaft is supported by rolling bearings at both ends of the casing, which are driven by an electric motor through a belt drive to drive the main shaft and the turbine fastened to the main shaft to rotate at high speed. The grinding blocks on the turbine and the sieve ring form a reasonable and compact structural pair, which enables the material entering the machine to undergo close friction and strong impact in the rotating airflow, occurring on the inner edges of the turbine blades, and further grinding in the gaps between the blades and the grinding blocks. During this process, the turbine sucks in a large amount of air, which serves the purpose of cooling the machine abrasive and conveying fine powder. The actual fineness obtained from crushing also depends on the predetermined material, sieve shape and size, as well as the throughput of material and air.
