Strawberry canned production line process
Fruit selection
Select and remove unqualified fruits such as rot, pests and diseases, low maturity, and stiff fruit with black hearts.
Remove the stem and calyx leaves, then rinse to remove any sediment.
Softening: Fresh strawberries are softened by boiling in water, and the flesh should be soft but not rotten. After being taken out of the pot, they are packaged in cans (the softening solution can be used for strawberry juice).
Exhaust and sealing
Seal while hot, with a center temperature not lower than 80 degrees Celsius.
Sterilization and cooling - palletizing of solid cans - temporary storage - unloading of solid cans - unpacking - boxing - sealing - palletizing.
