Stainless steel seawater surface thermometerProvided by Shanghai Shupei Experimental Equipment Co., Ltd., the surface thermometer is mainly used for measuring surface water temperature in marine reservoirs and other areas. The product has two temperature ranges of -6+40 ℃ and -6+41 ℃, and is equipped with multiple materials for the shell.
Stainless steel seawater surface thermometerProduct Introduction:
Product Name: Surface Temperature Gauge
Temperature range:- 6+40℃/-6+41℃
Core: Mercury/Red Water
Length: 30cm
Stainless steel seawater surface thermometerWorking principle and usage method:
The measurement range of the product is -6+40 ℃/-6+41 ℃. A glass mercury thermometer with a scale of 0.2 ℃ and a device composed of stainless steel, copper, iron and other shells are used to measure the surface temperature of seawater (0-1m) on site.
When measuring with a surface water temperature gauge, the lifting ring at the upper end of the metal pipe should be tied with a rope first, and placed in a water layer of 0-1m at a distance of 0.5m from the ship's side. After reaching thermal equilibrium with the external water, the temperature should be sensed for about 3 minutes, and the water surface reading should be quickly taken out. Then, the water in the cylinder should be poured out, and the gauge should be re placed in the water. The average value of the two measurements should be revised according to the calibration regulations to obtain the actual measured surface water temperature. Record temperature readings.
When the wind and waves are strong, a bucket of water can be used for measurement. The bucket is made of a material that is not easy to transfer heat, and its capacity is about 5L-10L. When measuring, place the surface water temperature gauge into a water bucket and sense the temperature for 1-2 minutes. Then, pour out the water in the bucket and the gauge tube, take new water, and put the gauge back into the water bucket. Sense the temperature for 3 minutes and read again after 1 minute. When the temperature is higher than the water temperature, read the lower of the two readings. The revised value according to the calibration regulations is the actual measured value of the surface water temperature. On the contrary, the higher of the two readings should be taken as the revised value according to the verification regulations. It is the measured value of surface water temperature. Record the water temperature reading.
Measure and record the temperature at the same time as measuring the water temperature. And record information such as the sea area, station number, and location (longitude and latitude) of the survey vessel.
Please pay attention to the following points when using:
One:When measuring temperature, avoid the influence of ship drainage.
2: The water collected in winter should not contain ice cubes or snowballs.
3: When reading, the line of sight should be at the same level as the surface water temperature gauge and the top of the capillary tube, and direct sunlight should be avoided.
