Stainless steel juice separator is a stainless steel device used to separate juice from pulp. The juice is continuously fed into the lower part of the screw feeder through the hopper of the juice separator, and the pulp is conveyed from bottom to top. The screw feeder has a certain inclination angle, and the pitch of the screw gradually decreases from bottom to top, playing a certain squeezing role.
The separated juice flows through a sieve to the bottom tank and is then transported to the fermentation container by a transfer pump. In this way, as long as the grape juice is continuously fed in, the self flowing juice will continue to flow out, so this type of separator is called a juice separator.
The stainless steel juice separator is mainly composed of a frame, reducer, spiral shaft, screen mesh, feeding hopper, juice receiving tank, conveying pump and other components. The production capacity of the stainless steel juice separator is generally 5-20 tons per hour.
