German Spike direct reading spectrometer-SPECTROMAXX is a spectrometer model from the German company Spike. It is also a successful metal analyzer in the current market. The 7th generation SPECTROMAXX launched now continues to improve analytical performance and reduce operating costs.

SPECTROMAXX offers three configuration options:Different wavelength ranges and combinations of element programs. All important elements in metals can be detected, including trace amounts of C, P, S, and N. Multiple working curves can be set for dozens of elements in ten different substrates (including iron-based, aluminum based, copper based, nickel based, cobalt based, titanium based, magnesium based, zinc based, tin based, and lead based). It covers quantitative analysis of various non-metallic and metallic elements in common metals. Designed with zero failures in mind, SPECTROMAXX offers low maintenance requirements, high reliability, and ease of operation.

Spark table
The reduction of internal volume combined with optimization of argon gas flow reduces the consumption of argon gas and reduces the deposition of dust in the spark table. The new argon gas saving mode greatly reduces the consumption of argon gas. The argon gas is completely turned off in the long-term standby state. Before the instrument resumes operation, argon gas will automatically flush the spark table. Low dust deposition greatly reduces the cleaning work of the spark table. Optical lenses can be quickly replaced without the need for tools.

Sample clamp
It can move in all directions and is equipped with a safety grounding circuit to ensure fast sample switching. Various irregular large-sized workpieces can be easily tested. Special fixtures are used for small sample analysis. Special small sample analysis working curves can be optionally selected.

ICAL intelligent logic standardization
The upgraded proprietary ICAO standardization system can effectively calibrate instruments, drift, and light intensity changes. The implementation of ICAL standardization replaces the calibration process of multiple standard samples in traditional spectrometers with a single standard, which can save time for standardization each time.

The unique optical system and optical components in SPECTROMAXX are effectively integrated, and after strict sealing, the dual optical system setting extends the large wavelength range to 140nm-670nm. Adopting an optimized Paschen Runge architecture, the mechanical structure of the optical system is exceptionally robust, while reducing the internal space volume. Internal constant temperature and pressure ensure that the optical system is not affected by external environmental changes and influences.
