Application scope: natural gas, refinery gas, cracking gas
The cracking gas analysis gas chromatograph is equipped with 3 valves and 4 columns, a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), and a thermal conductivity detector for refinery gas analysis or natural gas analysis. This system uses dual channel analysis to divide a separation problem into two parts. AL2O3 PLOT capillary column/FID channel is used to analyze hydrocarbons of C1 to C8. H2, O2, N2, CO, CO2, CH4, and H2S are separated by PLOT Q column and molecular sieve column, respectively, and detected by TCD. One injection can complete the full analysis of refinery gas composition.
