The capping machine includes several steps: sorting the outer cover, dropping the cover, and tightening the outer cover. They are continuously completed under the control of the internal PIC microcontroller circuit board.
The working sequence of each step is as follows:
The inner cover is first inspected by an electric eye to check for the presence of a sensor (photoelectric sensor), which is used to control whether to start the host (i.e. start with the inner cover and stop without it).
When the inner lid reaches the lid dropping station, if the sensor can sense the presence of the inner lid, then the lid can be dropped. No inner cover, no falling cover
When the inner cover with the outer cover reaches the capping station, the cam will drive the capping head to tighten the outer cover.
The product that has been covered with a rear screw is moved from the turntable to the exit conveyor belt and sent out.
