One working principle;
The bulk material negative pressure suction machine uses a Roots blower (vacuum pump) to generate negative pressure. Through the suction nozzle, the material is mixed with a certain amount of air and sent to the separation device through the feeding pipe on the suction arm. After the material is separated from the air, it falls down and enters the conveying machinery or positive pressure conveying equipment. The positive pressure generated by the air compressor passes through the feeding pipeline and sends the material into the bulk material warehouse (bin). The clean air is discharged from the upper part of the separator through the exhaust duct and discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust port of the Roots blower (vacuum pump).
2、 Structural technical characteristics
The pneumatic conveying system for bulk materials consists of a suction nozzle, hydraulic arm, separator, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, electronic control system, etc.
1. Rotating inner and outer cylinder suction nozzle
The rotating inner and outer cylinder suction nozzle has adjustable air supply holes on the outer cylinder, which can be supplied through the gap between the inner and outer cylinders. The rotating rod, driven by the motor, can loosen the material layer around the suction nozzle, which is beneficial for full suction.
2. Hydraulic multi section arm
The operator controls the electric control cabinet and hydraulic system by operating the handle, allowing the oil cylinder and motor to operate multiple arms in conjunction with the suction pipe, so that the suction nozzle can reach various parts of the cargo ship's silo. The slewing support can rotate the suction arm 90 degrees to the left and right.
3. Cyclone type built-in dust removal device separator
Compared to other commonly used traditional forms of separators, cyclone separators have better separation efficiency and smaller volume for powder materials and air. The separator is equipped with a built-in filter bag. We use imported laminated filter bags, which have a better separation effect than general domestic filter bags. After our calculations and past engineering experience, we have chosen the filtration speed and combined it with a new pulse type back blowing dust cleaning device, which makes the separation of materials and air more thorough. The dust cleaning of the filter bag is easier, and the service life of the filter bag and vacuum pump is longer. The air evacuated by the vacuum pump is cleaner and more environmentally friendly. Our company has independently developed a patented separator, which makes the maintenance and repair of the equipment faster and more convenient, especially making the work of replacing the bag very simple and convenient.
4. Vacuum pump and specially designed muffler
The vacuum pump is selected from domestic or imported sources, with guaranteed quality, favorable prices, and good after-sales service. In addition to the inlet and outlet mufflers provided by the vacuum pump manufacturer, our company has specially added a special muffler outside the vacuum pump outlet. This muffler can eliminate noise of ≥ 30db (A), making the working environment and nearby factory and living areas more comfortable. If conditions permit, owners can carry out unloading operations at night, making full use of off peak electricity and greatly reducing the electricity cost per ton of cement unloaded.
5. Continuous conveying to reduce energy consumption
The system equipment designed by our company can enable the separator to operate continuously for 24 hours without any interruption, without any impact on the feeding of the separator. Because there is no pause in the switching of feeding between pump bodies, the energy consumption per ton of material is reduced
