Mechanical grate incinerators come in various forms depending on the structure and movement of the grate, but the combustion principle is generally the same. Garbage is burned layer by layer on the grate, dried and burned, and the ash residue is discharged outside the furnace after being burned off. Various grates will use different methods to continuously loosen the garbage layer and ensure full contact between the garbage and air, thereby achieving ideal combustion effects.

3、 Fluidized bed incinerator technology
Fluidized bed incinerators have strict pre-treatment requirements for garbage, which must be crushed into smaller particle sizes before being incinerated, resulting in high energy consumption in the pre-treatment process and strict requirements for odor control. The garbage and bed materials in fluidized bed incinerators are in a fluidized state, with severe wear and tear, frequent maintenance, and shorter annual operating time compared to mechanical grate furnaces.
