Operating procedures:

1、 Before starting up, check whether the unit has any unevenness, whether the power connection is proper, and add enough antifreeze. Do not start the machine without antifreeze.

2、 Unit system operation. After starting up, observe the index of the high and low pressure gauges to determine whether the unit is running normally. Generally, when the compressor is running normally, the high pressure is 14-22kg/cm3 and the low pressure is 0.8-1.5kg/cm3.

3、 Unit maintenance. To maintain the cleanliness and good ventilation of the computer room, regular cleaning and decontamination of the condenser should be carried out to ensure the normal and stable operation of the unit. If the unit is shut down for a period of time, due to the deposition of antifreeze medium pollutants, it is easy to cause the solidification of pollutants on the impeller of the circulating pump. When starting up, the rotor of the circulating pump must be loosened first to prevent the pump impeller from not running and causing the circulating pump to burn out.

4、 After work, cut off the power, keep it clean, and keep a record of instrument usage
