1、 Product Overview:
OW-LDESewage flow meterIt is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive fluid in pipelines. Due to its simple design structure and long service life, it is particularly suitable for flow measurement in industrial pipelines, channels, and small rivers, as well as for measuring various conductive liquids in environmental protection treatment. It is widely used in municipal water supply, steel, petroleum, chemical, power, industry, water conservancy, water resources and other departments.
2、 Characteristics of sewage flowmeter:
1. There are no movable parts inside the measuring tube, and the sensor has a long service life.
2. There are no resistance components inside the tube, so there is no additional pressure loss, no blockage, and reliable measurement.
3. Strong anti-interference ability, small size, light weight, easy installation, low maintenance, and wide measurement range.
4. Measurement is not affected by changes in fluid temperature, density, pressure, viscosity, conductivity, etc.
5. It can be cut, modified and installed on old pipelines, with simple construction and small engineering quantity.
6. Compared with general flow meters, it has low cost and installation expenses, making it particularly suitable for measuring flow in large and medium-sized pipelines.
7. The sensing voltage signal of the sensor is linearly related to the average flow rate, therefore the measurement accuracy is high.
8. Chinese LCD display, on-site display of cumulative, instantaneous flow, flow rate, flow percentage, etc.
9. It can measure the volumetric flow rate of liquid-solid two-phase flow, high viscosity liquid flow, and salt, strong acid, and strong alkali liquids.
