I. Overview
The DJC-1300 motor type testing automatic testing system is suitable for conducting motor type testing on motors. It can measure the parameters of the motor, including voltage, current, input power, torque, speed, output power, efficiency, and power factor. And realize the functions of curve display and report display for test data.
2、 Main features
Testing items: motor no-load test, load test, torque test, speed test.
1. No load test: testing the characteristics of the motor during no-load operation; Measure the no-load characteristic curve.
2. Load test: When the motor is running at rated voltage, a magnetic powder dynamometer is used to apply a load. Multiple load points are set on the testing software, and the speed, torque, voltage, current, and power of the motor at each load point are collected. The characteristic curves of the load are measured when it decreases and increases. Display total current, voltage, and power during DC motor testing.
3. Power supply: Main cabinet working power supply: AC220V (single-phase).
4. Usage conditions: ambient temperature (0) ~40 )oC Relative humidity ≤ 90% RH
