Sampling probe SP180-H
This sampling probe is easy to install, reliable, safe to operate, and requires low maintenance. Replacing the filter element does not require tools or dismantling the heat tracing pipeline. When replacing the filter element, the entire filter can be removed from the probe, making it very convenient to inspect the filter element and gasket. The cleaning of the probe filter chamber and sampling probe tube does not require the removal of the probe. The material of the probe filter chamber is SS316, with a built-in 2 μ m ceramic filter element. Other filter cartridge materials are available for selection. Compact design, all-round thermal isolation and protective cover ensure optimal heating effect, prevent dew point reduction at the filter or flange position, and ensure safe use of the probe. The probe is heated to 180 ℃ by a special self limiting heating element, and the power supply voltage can be freely selected between 110V-240V without conversion. The probe does not require temperature control components, and an independent thermal switch can monitor low temperatures (less than 160 ℃, normally open).
Based on the EN14181 standard, the SP180-H standard model is equipped with a calibration gas blowback interface (for analysis system calibration/blowback). This interface is connected to the calibration gas through a probe filter element. DN65 PN6 installation flange is connected to stainless steel sampling probe SP210/SS (optional), with a maximum operating temperature of 600 ℃. Heating type sampling probe SP30-H or SP35-H can be selected to prevent dew point reduction.
