1. This production line mainly uses low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), linear polyethylene (LLDPE), EVA and other raw materials to produce packaging films and embossed films for food and high-end textiles.

2. The production line mainly consists of an efficient forced feeding extruder, hydraulic screen changing device, co extrusion distributor, T-shaped adjustable amplitude die head, edge fixing device, rapid cooling constant temperature cooling system, thickness measuring device, film swinging system, corona treatment system, winding constant expansion force automatic control system, edge material recovery system, and extruder constant temperature and pressure automatic control system.

3. This production line can use three extruders to co extrude and produce A, B, C three-layer or A, C, B, C, A five layer composite films through advanced three/five channel distributors. It can also produce single-layer or double-layer composite films

4. This production line has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption, and advanced tension control system. The tensile strength of the film can be controlled below 10N. m.
