Structural features and performance advantages
- The SZS series boiler adopts a double drum (or triple drum) D-type membrane fireplace chamber structure. The boiler consists of an upper (middle) and lower drum, membrane water-cooled wall, convective heat exchange tube bundle, superheater, tail energy-saving device, condenser, etc.
- The combustion chamber adopts a full membrane water-cooled wall structure, with good sealing, no air leakage, low heat dissipation, increased boiler heating surface, and improved thermal efficiency.
- Full membrane wall structure, good furnace and flue steel properties, strong blast resistance, and safe operation.
- Convection tube bundle single stroke, reducing smoke side resistance, optimal economic flow rate design, micro positive pressure combustion, improving heat transfer efficiency.
