The SZL series water-cooled arch and membrane water-cooled wall assembled boiler is a new type of water tube assembled boiler exclusively developed by our group company, which integrates the advantages of bulk boiler arches. It cleverly applies the water-cooled arch technology and membrane water-cooled wall technology of the combustion system of large chain grate boilers to the assembled boiler, which is the first of its kind in China, and its technical indicators are at the domestic high-quality level. This boiler has high efficiency, strong overload capacity, and wide adaptability to coal types. It is known as a design solution for similar products in contemporary China and has industry standards.

Performance advantages

1. Membrane water-cooled wall structure is adopted on both sides of the furnace and combustion chamber. The membrane water-cooled wall structure is an independently designed and original design by our company, which applies the membrane water-cooled wall structure used for power plant boilers to assembled boilers. Its advantages include high heat transfer coefficient, good conduction effect, low heat loss, good airtightness, no deformation of the furnace wall, and no ash leakage.

2. The front and rear water-cooled wall tubes of the furnace extend downwards to the upper part of the grate, forming front and rear arches. This structure is added on the basis of the original mature bulk boiler, and on the basis of keeping other heating areas unchanged, a furnace radiation heating surface is added, which has a stronger overload capacity; The front and rear arches are made of water-cooled wall tubes as the skeleton and poured with high alumina cement, thus avoiding the problems of fracture and arch collapse caused by long-term high-temperature grilling of the original boiler's three line arch bricks, and extending the service life of the arches.

3. The furnace arch design adopts; Xi'an Jiaotong University National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize; The inverted; α ” Furnace arch technology, with a high and short front arch and a low and long rear arch, increases the combustion time of flue gas in the furnace and improves combustion efficiency; The streamlined rear arch can throw the unburned carbon particles blown up from the rear of the grate towards the front, making it easier for coal to ignite and ensuring a neat ignition line; Coal has a wide range of applicability.

4. The length of the front and rear axles of the furnace is longer than that of similar products in China, which prolongs the combustion time of fuel in the furnace, enables full combustion of coal, and reduces the carbon content of slag; The effective area of the grate has been increased, and the boiler's overload capacity has been significantly enhanced.

5. Adopting double-sided air intake, six independent air chambers are longitudinally divided along the grate, and each chamber is equipped with independent air regulating devices to adjust the air volume of each chamber separately, in order to achieve the desired combustion effect.

Working principle

The SZL series assembled chain grate boiler developed by our group company adopts a double drum longitudinal arrangement, and the combustion method uses chain grate layer combustion. The water-cooled walls on both sides of the furnace adopt a membrane water-cooled wall structure; The water-cooled wall tubes on the front and rear walls of the furnace extend downwards to the upper part of the grate, forming front and rear arches. This not only increases the sealing performance of the boiler, but also increases the furnace volume and heating surface, while reinforcing the strength of the rear arch. Behind the furnace is the combustion chamber and convection tube bundle, with an economizer (or air preheater) at the tail. The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, combustion chamber, convection tube bundle, economizer (or air preheater), and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, induced draft fan, and chimney.
