2. The front and rear water-cooled wall tubes of the furnace extend downwards to the upper part of the grate, forming front and rear arches. This structure is added on the basis of the original mature bulk boiler, and on the basis of keeping other heating areas unchanged, a furnace radiation heating surface is added, which has a stronger overload capacity; The front and rear arches are made of water-cooled wall tubes as the skeleton and poured with high alumina cement, thus avoiding the problems of fracture and arch collapse caused by long-term high-temperature grilling of the original boiler's three line arch bricks, and extending the service life of the arches.

4. The length of the front and rear axles of the furnace is longer than that of similar products in China, which prolongs the combustion time of fuel in the furnace, enables full combustion of coal, and reduces the carbon content of slag; The effective area of the grate has been increased, and the boiler's overload capacity has been significantly enhanced.
5. Adopting double-sided air intake, six independent air chambers are longitudinally divided along the grate, and each chamber is equipped with independent air regulating devices to adjust the air volume of each chamber separately, in order to achieve the desired combustion effect.
