The SX centrifuge is mainly composed of a drum, chassis, casing, hood, brake device, base, clutch, and motor. The drum is supported on the chassis through the main shaft, which is vertically installed in the bearing seat. The chassis is suspended and supported by three suspension rods on the column feet, which are connected to the machine base through bolts. The machine is powered by an electric motor through a clutch and belt. The suspension to be processed is gradually added to the drum after the centrifuge runs at full speed. When the filter residue reaches the rated volume, the feeding is stopped. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase in the suspension is thrown into the casing through the filter cloth (or screen) and the filter holes on the drum. After stopping, it is discharged from the lower part of the drum by workers. If there is a washing requirement, the washing solution can be introduced into the drum for washing during the separation process.

By using manual unloading, the scraper unloading mechanism can be saved, which is particularly suitable for separating materials that do not allow solid particles to be damaged.
