  ArcTec ™ cooling technology

ArcTec ™ Cooling technology utilizes a fully metal sealed vacuum design to prevent exhaust or long-term degradation. Utilize customized heat sink design to ensure efficient heat dissipation of sensors and electronic components.

ArcTec ™ Provide air cooling only, liquid cooling only (suitable for vibration sensitive environments), or combined cooling.

  SOPHIA 4096B Characteristics

  Improved optical design

SOPHIA4096B features an improved field of view flattener and reduces the distance and thickness of the window from the CCD surface. It provides improved edge clarity and lower distortion.

  Repeatable CCD positioning

With the ability to 'zero' variability in mechanical assembly, SOPHIA 4096B can achieve precise and repeatable CCD orientation. Adjustable tilt, pitch, and z-axis translation reduce the requirements for system level adjustments.

 Multi TEC design

The redesigned CCD cooling mechanism and vacuum chamber ensure uniform heat dissipation of large-sized CCDs and can withstand thermal cycling.

 Supported by LightField software

The powerful and intuitive software has a built-in math engine that allows for complete control of cameras and spectrometers, as well as real-time image analysis and spectral data.

LightField software seamlessly integrates hardware control and direct data acquisition into National Instruments' LabVIEW ® MATLAB with MathWorks ® Waiting in the program. The software also fully supports IntelliCal automatic wavelength and intensity calibration.

SOPHIA can also be fully controlled by PICAM SDK, eliminating any overhead that may occur when communicating through other development environments.
