The 6000 type SIR insulation resistance (ion migration) testing equipment is a very easy-to-use, accurate, and high-performance testing instrument. The testing of insulation resistance (ion migration) is crucial for product stability and reliability, especially in the fields of PCB and material analysis. Fast, high-precision, and powerful software features make the 6000 series an ideal choice for applications such as PCB ion migration testing, solder paste and its PCB soldering material testing, insulation testing of new polymer materials, performance testing of PCB substrate materials, and insulation testing of connectors.
Compact desktop form, with a volume of only 50 * 45 * 32 cm, can accommodate 64 simultaneous measurements, and the built-in power supply does not require additional configuration. The brand new exterior design and powerful software functions can meet the needs of small and medium-sized capacity testing.


A concise testing interface that displays the measured values of each channel in real time during normal testing, highlights and bolds the current measurement channel, and records the current channel value for easy data viewing by later personnel.


Convenient editing of operating condition files and the ability to save them. When using the same operating condition file in the future, only the last stored file needs to be read without the need for re editing. Up to 50 different operating conditions can be edited.
Data is stored in the form of a database, which is as stable and reliable as a rock, greatly protecting the security and reliability of user data. The data also records the timestamp, test voltage, and measurement time of each test data.
