Application scope
The flotation machine is suitable for the separation of non-ferrous and black metals, and can also be used for the separation of non metals such as coal fluorite and talc. The SF flotation machine mainly consists of a slurry tank, a stirring device, an aeration device, a device for discharging mineralized bubbles, and an electric motor.
The SF flotation machine is driven by the motor V-belt to drive the impeller to rotate, which produces centrifugal action to form negative pressure. On the one hand, it absorbs sufficient air to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, it stirs the pulp to mix with drugs, and at the same time, it refines the foam, so that the minerals adhere to the foam and float to the pulp surface to form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the ram and control the liquid level so that the useful foam can be scraped out by the scraper.
