The SC-K210 series switch status comprehensive indicator integrates multiple functions such as a dynamic simulation diagram of the primary circuit, circuit breaker opening and closing status, handcart position, grounding switch position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live locking, and temperature and humidity control. It is installed on a panel.

Realize the integration of high-voltage live parameters and temperature, humidity and other control functions according to the actual requirements of users, and simplify the panel layout of switchgear. It has strong anti-interference ability and will replace various control and indication devices such as existing primary circuit simulation indicators, electromagnetic switch status indicators, grounding indicators, etc.

Usage environment: Temperature -25-70, relative humidity. ≤ 95%RH

Electrical strength: The distance between the shell and the terminal is greater than AC200OV

Insulation performance: greater than 100M Ω between the shell and the terminal

Simulation instructions:

Circuit breaker status indication (no floating contact input): When closing, the closing contact closes and the red analog bar lights up; When opening, the opening contact is closed and the green analog strip lights up.

Hand cart position indication (passive contact input): When the working position contact is closed, the red vertical analog bar lights up; Close the elbow at the experimental position, and the green horizontal simulation bar will light up.

Spring energy storage indicator (passive contact input): When the contact is closed, the red LED lights up, indicating energy storage; When the contact is disconnected, the green LED light is on, indicating that no energy has been stored.

Grounding switch position indication (passive contact input): When the contact is closed, the red analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding is engaged; When the contact is disconnected, the green analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding is disconnected.

Note: In the event of a power loss, all illuminated indicators do not light up, and the above contact signals are all from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker.

High voltage live indication part

LED startup voltage (KV): Bus voltage x 0.15-0.65

Locking start control voltage (KV): Bus voltage x 0.65

When all three phases are not charged, the lock is released and the electric interlock operation is started.

Temperature and humidity control section

Number of sensor channels: SC-K210A has both condensation and temperature on one side; SC-K210B condensation in two channels, temperature in both channels;

Logical relationship: When the environmental humidity exceeds 88% RH and reaches the condition for condensation, heating is initiated; When the environmental humidity no longer meets the condensation conditions, the device automatically stops heating; Temperature control accuracy ± 5% RH;

When the ambient temperature is below 6 ℃, the system starts heating. When the ambient temperature is above 16 ℃, the system automatically stops heating with a temperature control accuracy of ± 2 ℃;

Wire breakage alarm: When the heater breaks, the corresponding alarm indicator light will light up and the alarm output contact will close;

Forced heating: When the forced heating switch is in the manual position, the heating output is unconditionally executed. In the automatic position, the device automatically operates according to the above control logic.
