Principle of operation of electrostatic precipitator box：

Send the object (circuit board, phone case, etc.) into the electrostatic precipitator air box. Under the induction of the photoelectric induction switch, the high-pressure airflow quickly blows a large number of positive and negative ions generated by the ion generation device towards the surface of the object, neutralizing the accumulated electrostatic charges on the surface of the object. At the same time, the high-speed airflow blows away the dust particles absorbed by static electricity and falls into the negative pressure dust collection area below it through the hole plate. The cleaned object can be taken out and placed in a dedicated material tray. The dust particles can be sucked away by a vacuum cleaner at regular intervals, or the blown dust can be removed by drawing air from the back. Ionizing device: Under the action of high voltage and low current generated by the high-voltage generator, the ionizing device forms a stable high-voltage electric field, ionizes the air to form ions, which are carried out by the high-voltage airflow to reach the surface of the object, achieving the purpose of neutralizing static electricity and dust removal.

1Insert the power plug into a grounded power outlet and connect the compressed air pipe (the compressed air should be filtered for water and oil)

2. After turning on the power switch, the electrostatic precipitator box is in working condition. When an object enters the box and the photoelectric switch senses an object below, the electrostatic precipitator air nozzle and air rod inside blow out a large amount of ion air. When the object leaves the box, the blowing automatically stops.

3. The method of adjusting air pressure is to connect the trachea, turn on the air pressure, gently pull up the air pressure adjustment switch, and then rotate the switch left and right to adjust the air pressure. The air pressure can be seen on the pressure gauge, and it is more appropriate to adjust the air pressure to 4-7kg/cm2. After adjusting, press down the switch. The maximum air pressure should not exceed 7kg/cm2

4. The sensing distance of the photoelectric switch can be adjusted, with a maximum distance of 30CM. There is a small knob on the photoelectric switch that can be rotated left and right to adjust the sensing distance.

5. There is an exhaust fan installed at the back, which can suck the dust on top to the bottom of the dust removal box, and a cloth bag is placed over the air outlet to collect the dust.
